Not only do you live on a channel, the lower elevation of the homes on either side and across the street creates a rare opportunity to build up and enjoy west-facing views of both the channel and Hurricane Bay. Build with confidenceâ??strategic seawall and foundation upgrades completed in May 2026 feature tieback reinforcement, resin soil stabilization, and improved drainage systems. This proactive investment enhances stability, mitigates erosion risk, and adds lasting value for your future development. With no height restrictions and minimal setback requirements, you have the freedom to design and build the custom coastal home youâ??ve always dreamed of, with more buildable space, not just for manufactured homes. You own the land outrightâ??no land leaseâ??and itâ??s the only street in the subdivision with central water and sewer, a rare and valuable upgrade. There are no pet restrictions, both short and long term rentals are allowed, itâ??s not a 55+ community, and HOA fees are just $55/month! A new patio was installed in 2022 that still looks great! Emily Lane offers better walkability to restaurants, Salty Sams Marina (with more marinas under construction), and the Key West Express, all right at the start of the street. You can walk over the bridge to the beach without dealing with traffic, and enjoy a more affordable, less congested version of the same coastal lifestyle.
